Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and design rights, for the CAD designs created by our company will belong to the client upon successful completion and full payment of the subscribed service package.

Project Delivery and Revisions

1. Timelines:

   We work hard to deliver tasks and projects within agreed-upon timelines, taking into account the complexity and scope of the work. However, unexpected circumstances or client-requested revisions may impact the delivery time. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and work towards mutually acceptable solutions.

2. Revisions:

   We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in our packages or agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. It is essential for clients to provide comprehensive and accurate project requirements to minimize the need for extensive revisions.

Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing:

   We offer three CAD Design services packages to our clients and each package is designed to serve the specific needs of the clients.

   We provide detailed project proposals with transparent pricing information. Any additional services or changes requested by the client may be subject to additional charges.

2. Payment Terms:

   We require a mutually agreed-upon deposit or advance payment before commencing work on a project. We offer a unique and flexible pricing model which involves only monthly fees.

Client Communication and Feedback

1. Communication Channels:

   We maintain open lines of communication with our clients throughout the project. Clients can reach us through the designated communication channels (email, phone, project management tools, etc.), and we will strive to respond promptly.

2. Feedback and Issue Resolution:

   We value client feedback and consider it essential for continuous improvement. If a client has concerns or issues with our services, we encourage open dialogue and will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.

Termination and Cancellation

1. Termination:

   Either party has the right to terminate a project or contract with proper notice and adherence to the termination clause specified in the agreement. Termination may be subject to certain conditions and potential financial implications, which will be outlined in the contract.

2. Cancellation:

   Clients have the right to cancel a project before its completion, subject to the cancellation terms specified in the agreement. Any work completed up to the cancellation date may be invoiced based on the agreed-upon payment terms.
